With all the rain this fall there was water coming into my basement and the drain got clogged!!! This company answered their phone, said they would be at my house in 2 hours and they arrived on time. The price was right, the drain got cleaned and I am happy. I also had them fix a leaking faucet in my tub.

I had a hot water heater that started leaking water and then died on me. Ezra came right out gave me a good price and got it installed the next day. He disposed of the old water heater and left the basement clean. He even used a wet vacuum to get rid of the water on the basement floor. Nice guy, I would use again.

Could not have had a better experience with Preferred Plumbing. Very respectful and pleasant plumber, who has been doing this a long time, so he was not guessing, and he was a real licensed plumber and not a tech. He installed a gas line to a new stove, and fix a slow draining bathtub. They arrive the day after I called, and the plumber, not the answering service, picked up the phone when I called to confirm they were coming. They did the work, and left the place clean. I will hire again.

I called at 9 a.m. about a leaky water heater. The owner said they were busy but could help me out. By 1:30 p.m. I had a new water heater installed and they'd found and repaired a gas leak. Fast, professional and at a fair price. I'll definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Preferred Plumbing was incredibly responsive to an emergency situation at my mothers home. Ezra was able to arrive within 4 hours, stop the water leaks and return to clear out the blockages. I am forever thankful to have found a plumber with integrity and great service! Thank you!!!!

They serviced my furnace to get it ready for the winter. I liked that they came the next day, vacuumed it out, replaced the filter, looked everything over for such a great price! I don't think I am going with the big national brand companies again. Ezra was easy to work with.

They installed a new hot water heater for a rental in New Haven. While they were there they fixed a shower handle that didn't work. They offered me a couple of options for the hot water heater and I appreciated the info they had about the different hot water heaters. I ended up getting one I wouldn't have chosen on my own. Friendly service too.

Hard working and professional men. I called for a leak coming through the ceiling and they came out the same day and fixed the issue. Didnt make a mess and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. Good price for the quality of work done.
